By booking a delivery with Rapid Rail Express LLC, the Client agrees to:
Provide accurate delivery details including addresses, contact information, and any special instructions.
Ensure that all shipments comply with applicable laws and do not contain prohibited items.
Pay all applicable fees as outlined in the service agreement.
Rapid Rail Express LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any delivery request that violates these terms or presents safety or legal risks.

3. Delivery Commitments
We are committed to delivering time-sensitive shipments with speed and precision. While we make every effort to meet agreed delivery windows, certain unforeseen circumstances (such as weather, traffic, or regulatory delays) may impact delivery times.

Rapid Rail Express LLC is not liable for delays caused by:
Incorrect or incomplete address details provided by the Client.
Unforeseen traffic, weather, or airport delays.
Delays caused by third-party logistics partners.

4. Payment Terms
Clients agree to pay all delivery fees as outlined during the booking process. Payment is due upon service completion unless otherwise agreed in writing. In cases of late payment or non-payment, Rapid Rail Express LLC reserves the right to:
Suspend or terminate services.
Charge late payment fees or interest as applicable by law.

5. Cancellations and Refunds
Our Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy apply to all delivery bookings. Clients are encouraged to review these policies before placing a delivery request.

Cancellations outside the notice period will result in applicable cancellation fees.

Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis, as outlined in our Refund Policy.

6. Prohibited Items
Clients must ensure that shipments do not contain any prohibited or restricted items, including but not limited to:
Hazardous materials
Illegal substances
Firearms or weapons
Perishable goods (unless pre-approved)
Rapid Rail Express LLC reserves the right to inspect shipments and refuse service if prohibited items are found.

7. Liability and Limitations
Rapid Rail Express LLC will take reasonable care to ensure the safe and timely delivery of all shipments. However, the Company’s liability is limited to the following:
Lost or Damaged Shipments: In the event of loss or damage, the Company’s liability is limited to the declared value of the shipment, not exceeding $500 unless additional coverage is purchased.
No Liability for Indirect Damages: The Company is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to lost profits or business interruptions.

8. Third-Party Services
Our services may involve third-party logistics partners (such as airlines or couriers). Rapid Rail Express LLC is not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by these third-party providers. We work only with reputable partners to ensure the highest service standards.

9. Client Responsibilities
Clients agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information at the time of booking.
Ensure that shipments are properly packaged and comply with legal regulations.
Be available or ensure recipient availability at the delivery address during the scheduled delivery window.

10. Privacy and Data Protection
We take client privacy seriously. All personal information provided during the booking process is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and is used solely for service fulfillment purposes.

Rapid Rail Express LLC will never share or sell client information to third parties without explicit consent.

11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from the use of Rapid Rail Express LLC’s services will be resolved in San Diego County, California.

12. Amendments
Rapid Rail Express LLC reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Clients will be notified of any significant changes through our website or via email. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
