At Rapid Rail Express LLC, we understand that schedules can change. However, due to the time-sensitive nature of our premium delivery services, cancellations must be managed with advance notice to avoid service disruptions and ensure operational efficiency.

Please review our cancellation policy below to understand your responsibilities and any applicable charges.

Cancellation Guidelines
We require the following minimum notice periods for cancellations:

Exclusive Deliveries (ASAP):
Must be canceled within 10 minutes of booking to avoid cancellation fees.
Rush Deliveries (2-4 Hours): Must be canceled at least 1 hour before the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees.
Standard Deliveries (End of Day): Must be canceled at least 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time to avoid cancellation fees.
Recurring or Scheduled Deliveries: Must be canceled at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.

Cancellation Fees
Cancellations made outside of the required notice periods will be subject to the following cancellation fees:

Exclusive Deliveries (ASAP): 100% of the delivery fee
Rush Deliveries (2-4 Hours): 50% of the delivery fee
Standard Deliveries (End of Day): 25% of the delivery fee
Recurring or Scheduled Deliveries: Fee based on contract terms

Non-Cancellable Services
Certain time-sensitive services, such as airport tendering (NFO) or critical on-demand deliveries, are considered non-cancellable once confirmed. These services involve coordinated third-party logistics and cannot be refunded once booked.

Cancellation Confirmation
All cancellation requests must be confirmed by our Customer Support Team to be considered valid. If you do not receive a confirmation email or call, please contact us immediately to ensure your request has been processed.

How to Cancel a Delivery
To cancel a delivery, please contact our Customer Support Team at frontdesk@rapidrailexpress.com Please include your order number and scheduled pickup details to ensure prompt processing.
