Refund Eligibility
Refunds are considered on a case-by-case basis under the following circumstances:
Missed Delivery Deadlines:
If a delivery is not completed within the agreed timeframe due to an error on our part, a partial or full refund may be issued based on the circumstances.
Service Cancellation by Rapid Rail Express:
If we are unable to fulfill a scheduled delivery due to operational issues on our end, you may be eligible for a full refund of the delivery fee.

Non-Refundable Circumstances
We do not provide refunds for the following situations:
Incorrect Address or Incomplete Information Provided by the Client
Delays Caused by Unforeseen Circumstances
(e.g., weather, road closures, airport delays)
Cancellations Initiated by the Client Within 24 Hours of Pickup Time
Unsuccessful Delivery Attempts Due to Inaccessible Locations
or Recipient Unavailability

Partial Service Refunds
If a delivery is partially completed (e.g., a pickup was made but delivery could not be completed), Rapid Rail Express LLC will issue a partial refund based on the portion of the service provided.

Payment Policy
All orders must be paid in advance at the time the order is placed. Payment is due upon order placement and is required before any delivery services are scheduled or executed.

No orders will be confirmed without full payment in advance. This policy ensures that our drivers and resources are allocated efficiently and that all deliveries are prioritized.

Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact our Customer Support Team at frontdesk@rapidrailexpress.com within 7 days of the delivery date. Include the order number, delivery details, and a description of the issue.

Refund requests are typically processed within 5-7 business days, and eligible refunds will be issued to the original payment method.
